We recently bought a small panel van from Provans Yorkshire Limited and we couldn't be more delighted with the experience and the van. We were very fortunate to stumble upon Provans Yorkshire Limited when we were searching online for vans. We had decided to buy a small van to store and transport all our camping equipment so had never had a van before and knew very little about them. We had visited a number of other retailers who were clearly irritated by all our questions and the vans seemed very expensive. We had almost given up when we found Provans. What a different experience: they were very professional but Jenny who helped us was so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I went out for a test drive with one of the mechanics and was able to ask loads of questions, all of which were answered without ever making me feel I was wasting his time or asking silly questions. Once we agreed a sale we were able to pick up the phone to Jenny at anytime to check on progress. The van we bought was excellent value for money, better than any others we had seen and was cleaned and prepared to an exceptional level. Provans Yorkshire Limited is a fantastic company with amazing staff and we would highly recommend it to anyone, especially if you are new to buying a van.

I bought a van a couple of months ago and couldn’t be happier with the van or the service I received. The van did develop a minor issue after a month but Pro vans lived up to their reputation and dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently allowing me to take it to my local garage to repair….

Hired a van here for a house move. Very reasonable price for 24 hours and good van for what we needed to do. Only fault were the side doors were a bit dodgy but this was explained before we took the van.

The lady at the office was very friendly. Whole process was very straight forward and easy. Deposit was returned quickly too.

We purchased a VW Crafter from the fleet of ex long hire rentals at Provans. The service and after sales care have been first rate.
After an inspection and test drive we gave a list of items we wanted to be resolved and they did all that was asked within reason.
There was an issue with a part and it took a little longer for the van to be delivered, but communication was good and when the van arrived it was exactly as we had been promised.
There was a minor mechanical issue that needed fixing in the week after and Jenny, Nick and team tried different ways to get somebody to fix it, eventually sending Chris from their Darlington branch to do the work on site.
His work was excellent and he did a very thorough job, ensuring that the problem wouldn't come back.
We're very impressed. You hear nightmare stories about secondhand commercial vehicles, but this has been a brilliant experience.
If we could give them 6 stars, we would.

Awesome company. No pushy sales men. There was a couple of small issues with the van but they was fixed before the free delivery. Would deffo use again

My husband simply loves his new van. Everything was smooth and easy from the start. Helen explained all T&C; We went round the Provans yard, had a look (inside and out spotless) then 4 days later I had the van delivered. I would highly recommend
